An office building that combines environmentally friendly architecture, a comfortable and modern working environment, and the best experience in green office development. The first high-rise building in Tallinn that is heated in cold weather and cooled in summer with geothermal heating.

Housing multiple watersport clubs, boat storage, training facilities, a large workshop space, and social functions, the center is a true hub for maritime activities. The goal has been to create a unique destination that lights up the coast so everyone can find their way to new communities at sea.

This private house in Viimsi was the Estonian Concrete Building Of The Year 2017.

The building is certified in accordance with BREEAM Excellent, the world’s most demanding environmental certification system, which takes a holistic view of the building’s entire eco-cycle.

Ikast is a Danish town in the Central Jutland Region.

Ikast-Brande is an International school with several halls and multi-functional and educational facilities. The building is formed by a series of blocks clad in wood and glass, with slanting roofs that interlink.

In 2019, the building got the “Best Health Institute” award.

It is very symbolic that the facade of the modern Männimudila kindergarten is covered with thermotreated pine wood (pine – mänd, männi in estonian). This is the first kindergarten in Estonia to be built as a wooden structure from CLT panels.

The modern, compact and minimalist music school building blends perfectly into the surrounding landscape. This harmonious combination is also created by the thermopine used on the facade of the building.
